Best Southwest Partnership Names New Executive Director

The Best Southwest Partnership is proud to announce that Cory A. Lacy will take over the Executive Director position recently vacated by the retiring Joe Johnson. Mr. Lacy received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The University of Arkansas in 1996 and graduated from the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma in 2001. Mr. Lacy is active in several organizations including the International Economic Development Council and the Texas Economic Development Council, serving on the board of directors from 2000-2005.

The Best Southwest Partnership is a cooperative effort among the communities of Cedar Hill, De Soto, Duncanville, Lancaster, key community stakeholders, and the local business community to improve the quality of life and promote the economic, legislative and educational well-being for Southwest Dallas and Northern Ellis Counties.
